Yes, I agree. The property will be left clean and tidy, in reasonable decorative order and clear of rubbish and belongings. This includes gardens, lofts and any sheds and parking. I accept that Flagship Private Lettings will charge me if this is not carried out.*

Yes, I agree. All repairs that are my responsibility as a tenant must be carried out before I/we leave. Any unauthorised or unsatisfactory alterations will be removed/restored to original state. I accept that Flagship Private Lettings will charge me if this is not carried out.*

Yes, I agree. If any items are left in the property, I give permission for Flagship Homes to remove and dispose of these and I accept that Flagship Private Lettings will charge me for the removal.*

Yes, I agree. All keys to the property must be returned at the end of the tenancy. If they are not there may be further rent charges and/or the cost of changing the locks.*

Yes, I understand that my notice must run in line with my tenancy agreement, and that if I leave earlier than the notice end date the tenancy still will run to the notice expiry date and I will still be liable for rent.*
