Reasonable adjustments
We are dedicated to meeting your needs, making adjustments to our service where reasonably practicable for disabled homeowners or other groups who may need additional support to access our services.
Our adjustment can be things like providing written communication in another language, allowing more time for you to come to the door when we visit and many more.
